Initial examination will be $135

Each additional visit will be $75

 

We do REQUIRE that you have a Primary Care Physician (PCP) so that we may send the proper documents to your doctor for review.

This program is conducted by fitness trainer, Cara Grant, for our discharged patients to maintain their goals. 

 

Comprehensive Fitness Program

  • 1 time a week- $50.00 / month

  • 2 times a week - $100.00 / month 

  • 3 times a week- $150.00/ month

Wellness By All Means was developed as a resource for our clients to address these issues. Our skilled staff can designindividualized exercise programs, educate you about exercise physiology and joint biomechanics, and help you work toward your goals. We want you to MOVE FORWARD and MOVE BETTER. The program will integrate yoga, mat pilates, megareformer, proper weight training, postural correction, and so much more.
