Sonoma Hills Physical Therapy is conveniently located near Petaluma Valley Hospital in Petaluma, California.  At Sonoma Hills, we are dedicated to providing the utmost care for each patient with a team of caring staff experienced in reaching each individual's goals.

We offer services for sports injuries, joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries for shoulders, knees, hips and back.  Each patient is evaluated by a licensed Physical Therapist on the first visit when the patient participates in making the overall goals, then the treatment plan is followed through with periodic re-evaluations to ensure the treatment plan is progressing the patient to their goals.

Once the goals are met, we help each individual continue with their progress with a home exercise program. For individuals interested in continuing to work on their programs at our clinic, we also offer a supervised program in a group setting.
